1. About this policy

Sales Redefined Pty Ltd (ABN 31 620 286 197) ("Sales Redefined", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you use our website, register for our events, buy our programs or work with us. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page.

2. What we collect

Contact details: Name, job title, company, email address and phone number.
Transactions: What you have purchased and payment records. Payments are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.
Program and event information: Registrations, attendance, participation, work you submit, and survey responses or testimonials you choose to give.
Recordings: Audio, video and chat from live sessions, and notes or transcripts of meetings (see clause 7).
Website and marketing data: Cookies, IP address, device and browser details, pages viewed and how you found us.
Anything else you choose to send us, such as an enquiry.

We do not ask for sensitive information (such as health details) and ask that you do not send it to us.

3. How we collect it

Directly from you (forms, bookings, purchases, emails and meetings), from your employer or team leader when they enrol you in a program, and automatically through our website and marketing tools.

4. Why we use it

To provide our programs, events and services, including the member portal, and to communicate with you about them.
To take payment and keep records.
To improve our website, programs and services.
To send you marketing, with your consent (clause 5).
To meet our legal obligations.

We publish your name, image, company or words (for example, a testimonial) only with your permission.

5. Marketing

We send marketing emails, such as our Inside Scoop newsletter and event invitations, only where you have signed up or otherwise consented. By ticking a box or submitting a form that says so, you agree to receive them. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we act on unsubscribe requests within five business days. You can also unsubscribe by emailing ask@salesredefined.com.au. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

6. Who we share it with

We share personal information only as needed with:

Service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting (Wix), payments (Stripe), email marketing (ActiveCampaign), video conferencing (Zoom and Microsoft Teams), scheduling, analytics and advertising platforms (for example Google, Meta and LinkedIn);
Our professional advisers, and government bodies or regulators where the law requires;
The person who purchased your Seat (for example, your employer or team leader), to confirm attendance and completion; and
A purchaser of our business, if we ever sell it.

Some of these providers are overseas, including in the United States, so your information may be stored or accessed outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to make sure overseas providers handle it appropriately.

7. Recordings and AI tools

We record every live program session. You will see a notice on screen when recording starts, and recordings are added to the member portal as replays for enrolled participants. For meetings and calls, including with prospects, we ask your permission before we record. We may use AI-enabled tools to transcribe, summarise or help draft notes and communications, and we use them only where reasonable safeguards are in place.

8. Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them to make the website work, to measure how it is used and, with third parties such as Google, Meta and LinkedIn, for analytics and advertising, including showing you our ads elsewhere. You can manage cookies through the cookie settings on our website and in your browser, and opt out of advertising tracking at youronlinechoices.com.au and adssettings.google.com. 9. Security and data breaches

We use reasonable physical, electronic and organisational measures to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information you send to us. If a data breach is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify you and the OAIC as the law requires.

10. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations, and then take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.

11. Accessing and correcting your information

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing ask@salesredefined.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time and correct anything that is inaccurate or out of date. If we refuse a request, we will tell you why.

12. Complaints

If you think we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, email ask@salesredefined.com.au with the details. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
